Frequently asked questions:

Courier earnings depend on delivered orders, the more orders you deliver, the more you earn. However, the number of orders delivered may be affected by external factors such as: waiting for the order, unfavorable weather conditions, distance (number of kilometers travelled). Stuart couriers earn on average up to PLN 40/h.
For the courier’s work, 3 mobile applications are needed, which must be downloaded to your phone:
  1. Stuart – this is the main app where you will get incoming orders
  2. Sumup – This app is for terminal and card payments
  3. Staffomatic – thanks to this application, you can book working hours on the booking schedule. The schedule for the next week appears every Thursday at 10:00 for the best couriers, and from 11:00 it is available to everyone 
On the Portal you have the opportunity to report all problems related to the application, even change of transport or partner. To log in, go to the Stuart application and select the human icon in the upper left corner. Next, select support and useful information – FAQ – Courier Portal – login. Remember, before you log in, you should first register using your Stuart login and come up with a password.
Got all the apps and signed up for the schedule? Then you can start work! Take the terminal and backpack and go to the districts where you planned to work. 10 minutes before the start you need to turn on the Stuart apps so that you are already active. To get an order, you must be in the marked zone and enable auto-acceptance. Usually orders come from Pizza Hut and KFC. You got your order – go to the restaurant for pick up. In the restaurant, you must enter the order address (it will be given in the application). IMPORTANT! Pay attention to the payment method chosen by the customer. If cash – then you have to pay for the order, if online – pick up only. If the customer chooses card payment, he must pay when collecting the order. You have received the order – click in the application with received and the application will redirect you to the delivery address. You are there – knock or call the customer. Order completed – click the order completed in the application, then return to the zone if you have gone outside.
If you came and the customer is not there and does not answer (you have to make 3 calls), return the order to the restaurant – for this you also get money as for the order.
